Jungsook from ″I Am Solo″ Season 6 revealed the aftereffects she is experiencing following thyroid cancer surgery through her social media.

On July 11, Jungsook posted on social media, ″My throat has weakened due to the aftereffects of thyroid cancer, and I’ve been coughing like crazy lately. (Even though I visited several hospitals, they said it was allergy symptoms, but I sometimes cough until I vomit, and the medicine doesn’t work at all. I’m in really terrible condition).″ She continued, ″I felt so bad coughing continuously on the train, so whenever I felt a cough coming on, I went outside. I don’t know how many times I went back and forth. But I couldn’t hold it in, so I coughed for several minutes in a row in front of the train bathroom, and when I returned to my seat, a sweet foreigner in the seat ahead gave me lemon candy, saying it might help my throat (thank you).″

Jungsook also added, ″I’m stable now ᅲᅲ Suddenly tears ᅲᅲ I wrote this as my thoughts flowed, so I don’t know if it makes sense, but anyway, it was very hard and touching. Basically, it means it was hard and touching.″

Meanwhile, Youngsook, who appeared on ENA and SBS Plus variety show ″I Am SOLO″ Season 6, married Youngchul from Season 6 in 2022 and has one daughter and one son. She revealed her battle with thyroid cancer in February of this year and announced that after surgery in April, recent test results showed no metastasis to other organs and that she is currently cancer-free.
