Young Tak fandom Youngbles donates 1 million won for earthquake victims in Venezuela

The official fandom of singer Young Tak, ’Young Tak and Blues (Youngblues),’ donated 1 million won to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to help victims displaced by the earthquake in Venezuela.

This donation was raised from the proceeds of the fan participation event ’Charles Bakery,’ organized by the donation fan group ’Santak Clothes’ during Young Tak’s fan concert in May. The proceeds from this event, in which fans voluntarily participated, were delivered in the name of the official fandom ’Young Tak and Blues.’

The funds will be used for emergency relief activities for those displaced by the earthquake in Venezuela. UNHCR plans to provide safe tents to the displaced according to international relief standards and set up emergency shelter spaces where multiple families can stay, offering practical support.

This donation was made in the name of the entire fandom, not an individual, symbolizing solidarity by connecting the emotions felt at the concert to social sharing. Youngblues stated that they joined the relief efforts for disaster victims overseas as well as domestically to put into practice the comfort and positive messages conveyed by Young Tak.

Meanwhile, Young Tak is currently appearing on tvN’s ’Naked History,’ is scheduled to appear on KBS2’s ’Immortal Songs: King of Kings,’ and will also appear on SBS’s ’Our Neighborhood’s Prime Time,’ which is set to premiere on August 8.
