J.Y. Park releases tribute song for his two daughters... Family and health routines revealed on 'The Manager'


Park Jin-young revealed his daily life with his two daughters and his future plans on episode 408 of MBC’s variety show ″The Manager.″
On the broadcast, Park Jin-young personally showcased his home, family, and daily routine. He remarried in 2013 and has two daughters aged 6 and 7, born in 2019 and 2020. He expressed that his life changed after having children and shared his wish to ″become the best dad ever.″ He starts each day with hugs from his daughters and showed special affection by composing a dedication song for them.
Park Jin-young also mentioned that his daughters resemble him with their long limbs and talents in dancing and singing. He said, ″There is no better job in the world than being a singer,″ and revealed his idea of forming a girl group featuring the daughters of Rain and Kim Tae-hee, Boom, and his own two daughters, which brought laughter to the scene.
His self-care routine was also introduced in detail on the show. Park Jin-young begins his day with organic foods such as healthy oils, seasonal fruits, Greek yogurt, and deep ocean water. He demonstrated a strict daily regimen he has maintained for over 20 years, including English vocabulary memorization, warm-up and stretching, weight training, finishing exercises, facial muscle workouts, piano, and vocal practice. His manager stated, ″He schedules his day down to the minute. With the goal of delivering the best dance performances until he turns 60, he has kept this routine without missing a single day for over 20 years.″
Park Jin-young made his comeback on July 23 with the new single ″WET.″ This song is a summer track released about six years after ″When We Disco (Duet with Sunmi)″ in 2020 and was selected as the main theme song for Korea’s representative summer festival, Waterbomb 2026.
