Kangnam mentioned his wife Lee Sang-hwa’s wealth on a broadcast and shared about their daily life.

On the July 27 episode of the SBS variety show ″No, But Really,″ Kangnam appeared alongside MCs Lee Sang-min, Tak Jae-hoon, and Boom, discussing various stories related to married life. Kangnam said about their usual household expenses, ″I pay for small things like perilla leaves, tomatoes, and pork belly with my card. Big expenses like the TV and sofa are paid with Lee Sang-hwa’s card. It has become natural now.″

On that day, the MCs were curious about the wealth of the retired Lee Sang-hwa. Kangnam said, ″Lee Sang-hwa has about 500 gold medals. When I visited her house during our dating period, there were so many gold medals. Before marriage, when I showed her my bank account balance, she said, ’Oppa, I think this can be your allowance.’ That was hurtful.″ He added, ″Lee Sang-hwa is good at saving money and investing. I have a lot to learn from her.″

Kangnam revealed that he once showed a bank account balance of 3,422 won on a broadcast. He also talked about his debut process, saying, ″I used to weigh up to 100 kilograms and came in second place in a band audition.
