Lee Seung-chul recently shared on a broadcast that he successfully lost weight and will be welcoming a grandchild this year.

On the May 5th episode of tvN variety show ″You Quiz on the Block,″ Lee Seung-chul, who is celebrating his 40th debut anniversary, appeared as a guest. On the show, Lee revealed the secret to his weight loss, saying, ″It’s been two years since I lost the weight. I exercised, followed a diet, and received some assistance.″ When Yoo Jae-suk mentioned the obesity treatment drug Wegovy, Lee acknowledged it. Yoo Jae-suk also commented, ″It’s not easy to maintain it even if you take that.″

During the broadcast, Lee Seung-chul attracted attention by saying, ″Time has passed and the kids have grown,″ and ″I will have a grandchild this year.″ Lee Seung-chul’s daughter is expecting to give birth this fall. Yoo Jae-suk added, ″I never thought about being Grandpa Lee Seung-chul,″ and said, ″When the grandchild sees him now, they will probably think he is very stylish. It’s like a pop star’s overseas concert vibe.″

Lee Seung-chul remarried Park Hyun-jung in 2007 and has two daughters. His eldest daughter got married last October.
