Former actress-turned-creator Lee Hae-in revealed the difficulties she has been experiencing since becoming a building owner through her YouTube channel.

Lee Hae-in stated that life as a building owner has not been easy since she purchased the building last November. She said that due to vacancy issues, she had to meet various people, be evaluated, and make compromises in order to pay the interest. To resolve the unexpected vacancy problem, she visited real estate agencies but was told, ″There are no inquiries at all,″ and Lee Hae-in said she requested, ″Please look into it carefully; I will adjust the price.″

She also explained that although she thought all tenants would be inherited, in reality, more than half of the tenants left. Despite visiting several real estate agencies and offering various conditions such as lowering the monthly rent, resolving the vacancy was not easy.

Lee Hae-in expressed her difficult feelings, saying, ″Sometimes I am so exhausted. Living as a tool to satisfy others’ desires and consuming my soul to protect my fortress.″ However, she stated, ″I cannot stop here,″ and announced that she would handle the leasing herself.

Afterward, Lee Hae-in promoted the lease by performing a dance in the vacant building. She wore a nude-tone tight dress and shared her email, requesting lease inquiries.

Lee Hae-in explained that the reason she decided to become a building owner was because she felt the need for a ″solid fortress″ to avoid relying on others. She confessed, ″Some tried to gain something through me, and others just consumed me as a light and provocative sexual object,″ adding, ″I felt used and discarded according to someone else’s desires.″
