Model Kim Sae-rom announced plans to leave her self-owned apartment in Cheongdam-dong, into which she invested 200 million won for interior design.

In a video released on the 19th on the YouTube channel ″Get a Grip Kim Sae-rom,″ she mentioned that she is preparing to move. She said, ″There is a very important issue. I am preparing to move,″ which surprised the production team. Previously, Kim Sae-rom revealed her Cheongdam-dong house worth over 1 billion won in 2024 and stated that she spent 200 million won on interior design.

Regarding her decision to move, Kim Sae-rom explained, ″I feel it’s not right to just stay still after buying a house in Cheongdam-dong. In a way, it’s money that’s tied up. I have a strong desire to manage it well. I don’t have that much money. Although it’s a high-end villa area in Cheongdam-dong, it’s the smallest one.″

She also said, ″I wonder if living only in Gangnam is right. These days, Mayongseong (Mapo, Yongsan, Seongdong) is rising. I will go out and explore today,″ visiting real estate in Yongsan and Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam to check local apartment prices.

At the end of the video, she shared, ″While it’s important to be active on the ground, I also feel the need to study real estate. I think I have to live diligently with what I have.″
