Park Ji-hoon meets former child actor and idol Iruda on 'Human Theater' and gives advice: "Practice is important"

Singer and actor Park Ji-hoon appeared on KBS1’s ″Human Theater,″ where he met aspiring idol and former child actress Lee Ru-da.
Lee Ru-da has been active as a child actress since she was nine years old and is currently preparing to become an idol singer while traveling between Cheongju and Seoul. Lee Ru-da’s mother, Lee Yoo-kyung, made several requests to acquaintances to arrange the meeting, fulfilling her daughter’s wish to meet Park Ji-hoon, who has been her long-time role model.
On the show, Lee Ru-da was moved to tears upon Park Ji-hoon’s appearance and was speechless for a while. She asked Park Ji-hoon how he learned and practiced facial expressions while working as an actor and idol. Park Ji-hoon advised, ″I have been active since I was young, so the best thing about starting early is that you don’t feel awkward in front of the camera. Practicing to get familiar with the camera helps reduce nervousness.″
Regarding the idol preparation process, Park Ji-hoon shared, ″I practiced with real determination. We practiced in the basement until the mirrors were fogged up, often until dawn. Whether it worked out or not, I just gritted my teeth and kept practicing.″ Impressed by Park Ji-hoon’s sincere advice, Lee Ru-da said, ″I felt that you really practiced and worked hard to get to where you are. It’s amazing and admirable. I’m glad I could meet my role model.″
Park Ji-hoon gladly accepted Lee Ru-da’s autograph request, took a selfie with her, and encouraged her dream by saying, ″I will definitely see you again.″ Lee Ru-da could not hide her joy about meeting Park Ji-hoon.
Meanwhile, Park Ji-hoon continues his active career as an actor and singer this year, appearing in the film ″The Man Who Lives with the King″ and the drama ″Becoming a Cooking Soldier Legend.″
