The MBN·Channel S variety show ″Jeon Hyun-moo Project 4″ began its Season 4 in July 2026. In this season, with KwakTube absent due to scheduling conflicts, Jeon Hyun-moo sets out to discover hidden gourmet spots in Daegu together with trot singer Lee Chan-won. The broadcast airs on the 28th at 9:10 PM.

Jeon Hyun-moo revisits Daegu and mentions KwakTube’s absence, saying, ″That guy isn’t here today.″ He then adds, ″If there’s no ’Daegu son-in-law,’ then call the ’son of Daegu,’″ summoning Lee Chan-won. Upon arrival, Lee Chan-won performs a duet of ″Jinttobaegi″ with Jeon Hyun-moo and expresses delight, saying, ″Finally, I get to see you on ’Jeon Hyun-moo Project’.″ When Jeon Hyun-moo asks, ″Have you ever been to the restaurants introduced on our show?″ Lee Chan-won mentions ’Daltteok (sweet rice cake tteokbokki)’ and shares, ″After you went there, the waiting lines got so long that hundreds of locals formed a group and became anti-Jeon Hyun-moo,″ conveying the local atmosphere.

Lee Chan-won’s friend Hwang Yoon-sung also joins, and the trio of Jeon Hyun-moo, Lee Chan-won, and Hwang Yoon-sung continue their food trip in Daegu. Lee Chan-won confidently states, ″Daegu has the ’Top 10 Flavors of Daegu’ and Nureun Noodles. The place we’re going to now is a legendary restaurant considered the origin of Nureun Noodles. You won’t regret it.″ An explanation about the origin of Nureun Noodles and Daegu’s food culture follows. Jeon Hyun-moo comments, ″You’re better at hosting than KwakTube,″ to which Lee Chan-won replies, ″I came aiming for that spot today.″ Hwang Yoon-sung asks with a laugh, ″Is there maybe a third spot?″

The three arrive at the original restaurant in the Nureun Noodles alley and showcase a mukbang featuring Daegu-style handmade noodles with 76 years of tradition, boiled pork slices, and aged kimchi. After tasting the boiled pork, Jeon Hyun-moo says, ″This is the best boiled pork on ’Jeon Hyun-moo Project,’″ and Hwang Yoon-sung describes the handmade noodles as ″like Pyongyang cold noodles in the world of kalguksu.″

″Jeon Hyun-moo Project″ is produced in seasons, with Season 1 in February 2024, Season 2 in October 2024, Season 3 in October 2025, and Season 4 starting in July 2026.
