TheBoyz’s Hyunjae has signed an exclusive contract with Management Siseon and will begin his acting career under the name Lee Jaehyun.

On the 26th, Management Siseon announced that they had signed an exclusive contract with Hyunjae, stating, ″We are pleased to be working with TheBoyz’s Hyunjae, who has shown diverse charms through the stage and broadcasting. We will provide full support so that Lee Jaehyun, who is starting anew as an actor, can fully demonstrate his potential and possibilities.″ They also added, ″We will continue to support him so that he can show a great image as TheBoyz’s Hyunjae and repay the love from fans.″

Hyunjae debuted in 2017 as a member of TheBoyz and has been an active key member of the team. He has gained love from fans both domestically and internationally with his outstanding visuals, stable vocals, and high-quality performances, and has been active in various fields including albums, performances, variety shows, photo shoots, and brand campaigns. On stage, he has shown presence with his expressive ability to change the atmosphere according to the concept and his skillful control of tempo to enhance the flow of the songs.

After the exclusive contract with their previous agency ended, TheBoyz members have been signing separate contracts with companies that can maximize their individual capabilities, preparing to operate under a new label system that respects personal activities. Hyunjae has also announced a new beginning as actor Lee Jaehyun and is expanding his range of activities.
