Tomorrow X Together (TXT)(TXT) proved their popularity in Japan by topping major Japanese music charts.

TXT’s fifth Japanese single title track, ″Setsuna Hanabi,″ ranked number one on the Oricon Weekly Digital Single Ranking (August 31 issue, tracking period: August 17–23). This marked TXT’s first time reaching the top of this chart, with first-week downloads totaling 8,410, significantly surpassing the 5,682 downloads of the title track ″We’ll Never Change″ from their previous single ″CHIKAI.″ During the same period, the song ranked second on the Weekly Combined Single Ranking and Weekly Single Ranking, and sixth on the Weekly Streaming Ranking. It also placed second on the Line Music Weekly Song Chart (tracking period: August 19–25).

On the latest Billboard Japan Hot 100 (tracking period: August 17–23), TXT achieved their first-ever number one spot, topping major charts such as Hot Shot Song and Download Song. Additionally, the song ranked second on the Top Single Sales and 22nd on the Streaming Song chart.

Alongside their new release activities, TXT continued their participation in movie OSTs. The track ″Silence″ from the new album was selected as the theme song for the movie ″Okiharu-kun no Namida o Koroshi,″ which will be released in Japan on October 2. The movie trailer released on August 25 features a highlight of ″Silence.″ ″Setsuna Hanabi″ was also chosen as a theme song for the same movie.

Recently, Tomorrow X Together (TXT) held a premium live concert at Tokyo Garden Theater on the 19th, meeting with an audience of about 6,000. On the 22nd, they won the ″Best International Group of the Year″ award at the 2026 TME Live International Music Awards held at Hong Kong Kai Tak Stadium. At the event, they performed a total of six songs, including the title track ″Haru ni Haru Made (Stick With You)″ from ″7TH YEAR: When the Wind Briefly Stopped in the Thorns.″

Going forward, Tomorrow X Together (TXT) is scheduled to appear consecutively on Japan’s leading music programs: TV Asahi’s ″Music Station″ on the 28th, NHK’s ″Venue101″ on the 29th, and TBS’s ″CDTV Live! Live!″ on the 31st. The movie ″Okiharu-kun no Namida o Koroshi″ will be released in Japan on October 2.
