Singer Young Tak released the third full-length album ″GOGO″ on September 14 at 6 PM through various online music platforms.

This album is the first full-length release in three years since the second full-length album ″FORM,″ which was released in August 2023, and contains a total of 12 tracks. It includes the title track ″Kkeokgeo,″ as well as ″Penguin,″ ″Psycho World,″ ″Dosirasolfamiredo,″ ″Vintage Love,″ ″Heo Heo (虛虛),″ ″Old Radio,″ ″The Weather Is Really Nice,″ ″Temporary Save,″ ″Can’t Sleep Tonight,″ ″VIDA LOCA,″ and ″PACEMAKER.″

Young Tak participated directly in the lyrics, composition, and arrangement of 11 of the 12 tracks, except for ″Can’t Sleep Tonight,″ showcasing musical capabilities. The album is filled with songs that cross various genres such as punk, pop, rock, ballad, trot, and country. Young Tak has previously been recognized for producing skills with works like ″Why Are You There,″ ″Wanna Go Eat Abalone,″ and ″Form Crazy.″

The title track ″Kkeokgeo″ expresses moments of hesitation and wandering in life through the electronic dance genre, experimenting with various genre variations within the song. This track was completed in collaboration with longtime music partner composer Ji Gwangmin. The agency Abyss Company stated that ″GOGO″ carries the message, ″What if things move a little differently than expected?″

Before the album release, Young Tak presented a music video teaser that pays homage to the movie ″The Matrix″ and a performance reminiscent of Michael Jackson’s ″Anti-Gravity Lean.″ Additionally, various concept photos such as ″RACING VER.″ and ″PODIUM VER.″ were released to emphasize the album’s diversity.

Following the release of the third full-length album, Young Tak will hold a solo concert titled ″TAK SHOW5.″ Starting with performances from October 3 to 5 at Korea University Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul, the nationwide tour will continue in Jeonju in October, Daegu in November, Incheon in December, and Busan in January next year.
