TWS, 71,500 people thrilled at Japan tour... 'SODA SODA' surpasses 220,000 copies in the first week, certified 'Platinum'

TWS successfully concluded their second Japan tour, ’2026 TWS TOUR ’24/7:FOR:YOU’ IN JAPAN.’ The six members—Shinyu, Dohun, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin—wrapped up the tour’s finale at Kanagawa K Arena Yokohama on September 12-13.
This tour took place over eight shows in three cities: Fukuoka International Center from August 28-30, Hyogo Kobe World Memorial Hall from September 4-6, and the final shows in Kanagawa. Approximately 71,500 members of 42 (official fandom name) attended the events. TWS delivered a stage performance of over 22 songs, showcasing a variety of acts for about three hours. They proved their skills with fresh energy, powerful choreography, and unwavering live vocals, including all tracks from their second Japanese single ’SODA SODA,’ released last month.
During the concerts, previously unreleased unit songs highlighting the members’ individuality were performed on the Japanese stage for the first time. Kyungmin led the audience in a wave, and during the encore and the encore encore time, they raised the excitement by shouting ’Infinite hey! hey!’ together with the fans. TWS shared their thoughts, saying, ″This performance was a time created together with 42. Thank you for making TWS’s days special. We will repay you with even better stages and good music,″ and added, ″We will give our all until the day we perform at Tokyo Dome someday.″
Local media also paid attention to TWS’s activities in Japan. Oricon News stated, ″Because their solid performance skills back them up, you can feel the intense energy even in refreshing songs,″ mentioning the members’ friendship and affection toward fandom 42. Daily Sports and Sports Hochi gave significant coverage to the members’ ambitions for a Tokyo Dome concert, while Sports Nippon produced a special edition titled ’TWS Newspaper 2026’ focused on TWS.
TWS continues to rise in popularity in Japan. ’SODA SODA’ set the team’s highest first-week sales record locally with 225,853 copies sold according to Oricon, and it achieved over 250,000 cumulative shipments in August, earning a Gold Disc ’Platinum’ certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan. After completing their Japan tour, TWS will continue performing across Asia, with shows scheduled in Macau on September 19-20, Bangkok on the 26th, Singapore on October 10, and Kaohsiung on the 24th.
