Hyoyeon, Yuri, and Sooyoung are known to have felt regret about their parts and one-shot moments during their activities with Girls’ Generation. The three recorded one-shot times of 4 seconds, 6 seconds, and 6 seconds respectively.

Recently, they formed a new team under the name ″HyoriSoo″ and released their debut song ″Skibidi.″ Since its release on the 31st of last month, the song has topped the YouTube Trending Music Chart in Korea, and the performance video also ranked first on the daily popular music video chart in Korea. Additionally, it entered major domestic real-time and daily music charts.

The start of HyoriSoo originated from Hyoyeon’s personal YouTube channel, ″Hyoyeon’s Level Up Hyo’s Level Up.″ In the ″Fake Kim Hyoyeon″ content, Hyoyeon, Yuri, and Sooyoung appeared together and competed for the main vocal and center positions. During this process, their long-standing friendship and chemistry drew attention as entertainment content.

During their Girls’ Generation days, Hyoyeon said about the center position, ″I’ve been doing it for over 10 years, so I felt that position wasn’t really mine. Somehow, I felt my place was beside it, and it was bittersweet.″ She added, ″Instead of having parts, I danced in those sections. I’m a singer. I wanted to at least move my lips.″ Sooyoung said, ″Hyoyeon and I shared the already limited parts,″ and added, ″You need many parts to get a one-shot. We didn’t get any one-shots at all. It was really frustrating.″ She also said, ″I haven’t had many parts until now. My mom didn’t even know I was on stage. That’s why I shook my head like that.″ Yuri said, ″There are many members, so there are many regrets. We need to release them here in HyoriSoo.″

Hyoyeon, Yuri, and Sooyoung performed together on many hit songs such as ″Into the New World,″ ″Gee,″ ″Tell Me Your Wish (Genie),″ ″Oh!,″ and ″The Boys.″ They have each continued individual activities in various fields such as performance, acting, and variety shows. Hyoyeon has worked as a solo singer and DJ, Sooyoung has acted in dramas like ″38 Task Force,″ ″Run On,″ and ″My Name,″ and Yuri has appeared in ″Defendant,″ ″Bossam: Steal the Fate,″ and ″Good Job,″ working as both a singer and actress.
