[THE FACT|Reporter Irajin] NMIXX, which captivated the eyes and ears of fans worldwide, received the honor of winning 'Sound of the Year' at the '2026 TMA'.
NMIXX (LILY&HAEWON&SULLYOON&BAE&JIWOO&KYUJIN) became the recipient of 'Sound of the Year' at the '2026 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS (THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS, TMA)' held at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium in Yeonje-gu, Busan at 6 PM on the 19th. NMIXX also won the 'Artist of the Year' award, achieving two wins. NMIXX SULLYOON also won the 'My Star Award (Female)'.
'Sound of the Year' is awarded to artists who have demonstrated their musical presence by captivating the ears of global fans with their high-quality sound. It is determined by combining 80% of music chart performance and 20% of judge evaluations.
NMIXX stated, "We were able to receive such a great award thanks to our ANS." and "Thank you for always being our driving force."

NMIXX, who debuted in 2022, gained attention by releasing their first single 'AD MARE'. Since then, they have released their 4th mini-album 'Fe3O4: FORWARD', their 1st full-length album 'BLUE VIOLET', and their 5th mini-album 'Heavy Serenade'.
Notably, 'Heavy Serenade' ranked 3rd on Billboard's 'Best K-Pop Albums of the First Half of 2026'. The included track 'Crescendo' ranked 5th on Billboard's 'Best K-Pop Songs of the First Half of 2026'.
