Yuntaek, the host of MBN’s long-running entertainment program ″I Am a Natural Person,″ and Lee Seung-yoon appeared on episode 46 of MBN’s ″Kim Juha’s Day and Night″ to share their 15 years of experience living in the mountains.

Yuntaek revealed that the start of filming ″I Am a Natural Person″ coincided with the birth of his son, expressing a deep affection for the fact that the program and his son are the same age. Lee Seung-yoon shared that they experienced marriage and childbirth while working on the program. They also disclosed a story about receiving wild ginseng as a gift from a natural person during their newlywed period, after which their son was born.

The two said that frequently eating medicinal herbs in the mountains led to health changes, such as not catching colds. When Yuntaek mentioned that he eats a lot of medicinal herbs when he goes to the mountains and no longer catches colds, Lee Seung-yoon testified to having the same experience.

Yuntaek stated that there are people who actually entered the mountains after watching ″I Am a Natural Person,″ mentioning that the program has become a textbook. He also explained that the natural persons from the early days are different from those now, saying they have become smarter. Lee Seung-yoon shared an experience of meeting a natural person who invests in stocks, mentioning that they check stock windows on their computer at 9 a.m.

MBN’s ″Kim Juha’s Day and Night″ airs every Saturday night at 9:40 p.m. Lee Seung-yoon married Kim Jisoo, who works in the publishing industry, in 2012 and has one son.
