Seventeen's 'FML' breaks record 4.64 million copies in one month

On the 30th, management company JYP announced that the number of pre-orders for Stray Kids' 3rd full album '5-STAR' has reached 4.93 million. This is K-pop's highest number of pre-orders ever.
The previous record for K-pop pre-orders was the 10th mini-album 'FML' (4.64 million copies) released by group Seventeen on the 24th of last month and Stray Kids broke this record in a month. .
Stray Kids, released in March 2018, started with their 2nd regular album 'Noisy' (1.675 million copies), followed by mini albums 'Ordinary' (1.856 million copies) and 'Maxidant', which were released in October. 3 and November last year. (3,421,700 copies) sold over 1 million albums, becoming the first JYP group to become a group with 'Triple Milion Seller'.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids' 3rd full album 'Five Star', which recorded the highest number of pre-orders in K-pop, includes 12 songs including the title track 'Special', 'Item', ' Super Bowl' and 'Top Line', and is scheduled to be released on the 2nd of next month.
