We will notify you about the FanNStar TMA ticket event.
Please check and be aware of it to ensure you do not be violated.
■ Announcement
If the winner's information is not registered within 24 hours, the prize will be canceled.
1,000 rainbow stars will refund to TMA attendees to prevent absence.
The transfer or sale of tickets is strictly prohibited. The winning ticket will be canceled if caught.
Roulette event winning ticket is 1 per person.
If there is an error in the information you have entered, please submit a notification in the request form.
■Ticket Information
Seats will be randomly assigned at the scene.
After checking the identification documents (passport, identity card, foreigner's id card, household book) and winning information at the Fan N Star booth, the bracelet will be filled with information and exchanged. If the bracelet is damaged, the admission process may be restricted (You will not be able to enter if you do not have an identity card or if your identities do not match.)
For a convenient ticket redemption, please turn on the winning information page on your mobile phone in advance and give your ID card to the person in charge. Fan N Star booth operating hours are from 12:00 to 17:30 (KST) and may be restricted entry outside of stall opening hours.
A guardian must accompany children under 7 years old, and the guardian must also have a ticket.

■ Performance Guide
- Re-entry is not allowed after entry.
- It is forbidden to take pictures or record videos during the performance, and equipment such as cameras, ladders, and selfie sticks are not allowed.
- If you are in a wheelchair, please check your health at the scene. We will direct you to your seat.
- If the ticket is lost, damaged or stolen, it will not be reissued, so please keep it carefully. Additionally, re-entry is not permitted after the performance has begun.
- If you are found to have illegally copied or illegally transferred tickets, you may be subject to criminal prosecution.
- Please note that eating and drinking is not allowed during the performance except for drinking water.
