We would like to provide you with information regarding the ticket exchange for the FAN N STAR TMA. Please make sure you read and understand the following to avoid any disadvantages due to unfamiliarity with the notice.

■ Important Notes

• Entry is possible from 4 PM (Macau time).

• 10,000 Rainbow Stars are for preventing no-shows and will be refunded to those who attend the TMA.

• The transfer and sale of tickets are strictly prohibited. If caught, the winning ticket will be canceled.

• Tickets won from the roulette event are limited to one per person.

• If there is an error in the information you entered, please post your inquiry on the suggestions board.

■ Ticket Information

• The ticket exchange booth is located in the orange container in front of Gate 1.

• Seats will be assigned randomly at the venue.

• Tickets will be exchanged at the FAN N STAR booth after verifying your ID (passport, resident registration card, alien registration card, family relations certificate) and winning information.

• To ensure a smooth ticket exchange, please have your winning information page open on your phone and present it along with your ID to the staff.

• The FAN N STAR booth operating hours are from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM (Macau time). Entry may be restricted outside of these hours.

• Children under 7 who are not yet in school must be accompanied by a guardian, and the guardian must also have a ticket.

■ Performance Information

• Re-entry is not permitted after initial entry.

• Photography and recording during the performance are prohibited. Equipment such as cameras, ladders, and selfie sticks are not allowed.

• A security check will be conducted upon entry to the venue, so please cooperate. Refusal may result in denied entry. (Prohibited items: bottles/cans/glass, outside food except for water, flagpoles, tripods, selfie sticks, professional cameras and devices capable of recording, knives, weapons, items that cause discomfort or threat to others, laser pointers, unauthorized banners such as placards, etc.)

• For those using a wheelchair, a guide will assist you to your seat after confirming your condition at the venue.

• Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets will not be reissued, so please take care of them. Re-entry is also not permitted after the performance has started.
