Vote Resumption and Policy Change Notice

Hello, this is FANNSTAR.
Starting September 14, 2026, FANNSTAR general voting will resume, and member grades and some voting policies will be changed.
Please check the details below and keep them in mind when using FANNSTAR.
1. General Voting Resumption and Benefit Record Reset
General voting will resume from 12:00 PM on September 14, 2026 (KST).
Along with the resumption of general voting, cumulative voting benefit records and consecutive No. 1 benefit records will be reset.
① Cumulative Voting Benefit Reset

Global Hot Star
New Star
Trot
② Consecutive No. 1 Benefit Reset
Trot
Female Star
As the benefit records will be reset, artists who have previously received the relevant benefits will be able to receive them again after the reset.
2. Video Voting Policy Change
From 12:00 PM on September 14, 2026 (KST), the number of votes reflected per video vote will be changed.
Before
Up to 40 times per day / 50 votes per time
After
Up to 40 times per day / 25 votes per time
※ The maximum number of daily participations will remain the same at 40 times per day.
3. Member Grade and Badge Reset
From 00:00 on September 14, 2026 (KST), all members’ grades and badges will be reset.
After the reset, members can earn G-Points again to raise their member grade. Please keep this in mind when using FANNSTAR.
