I.O.I released a video recreating the choreography of "Pick Me" wearing their group uniforms to celebrate their 10th debut anniversary. In the video released on their official SNS on the 9th, the nine members—Lim Nayoung, Chungha, Kim Sejeong, Jung Chaeyeon, Kim Sohye, Yoo Yeonjung, Choi Yoojung, Kim Doyeon, and Jeon Somi—gathered in the practice room wearing the same outfits from their past activities: pink tops, black short pants, and knee socks. They formed formations and performed perfect synchronized dance moves to the representative song "Pick Me" from "Produce 101."
I.O.I is a project group formed through the 2016 Mnet audition program "Produce 101." After releasing hit songs such as "Dream Girls" and "Very Very Very," they disbanded following a short period of activities. Marking their 10th debut anniversary this year, the reunited I.O.I announced a new album release in May along with a concert. Nine members, excluding Kang Mina and Zhou Jieqiong, are participating in the reunion activities.
To commemorate this reunion, I.O.I has completed jacket and music video shoots and will hold concerts at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul from May 29 to 31. They plan to continue their tour in major Asian cities such as Bangkok and Hong Kong. Fans expressed various reactions, saying, "It's exactly the same as 10 years ago," and "The same emotions as back then."
