Kim Jang-hoon mentions self-reflection and his unknown years on 'Cultwo Show'... "15 years of actual activity"

Kim Jang-hoon appeared as a guest along with Kang Jae-joon on the "Let's Just Go Halfway" segment of SBS PowerFM's "Escape at Two Cultwo Show." During the broadcast, when it was mentioned that Kim Jang-hoon has been in the industry for 35 years, he revealed that he had a long period of obscurity and a time of self-reflection. He said, "I had a long period of being unknown and a break in the middle, a time of self-reflection. I had panic attacks and many other things. Looking back, there was a fresh charm in not being very active. Although I have been active for 35 years, the actual active period is 15 years. I took a break for 20 years. Looking back, it was good."

Kim Jang-hoon also asked Kim Tae-gyun, who calls him "Jang-hoon hyung," to be careful with the pronunciation. He said, "You should say 'Kim Jang-hoon.' On another radio show, people thought it was Jang Won-young and were displeased," adding, "They were expecting Jang Won-young to appear, but when a Dutch grandmother came out, they were extremely disappointed. I understood why they were upset." He then clarified, "It has nothing to do with me."
