RIIZEne (Woni, Live, Minami, Mei, Jena) has been appointed as ambassadors for Geoje City. On May 22, Geoje City selected RIIZEne as ambassadors and released their teaser video.

The reason RIIZEne was chosen as ambassadors for Geoje City is due to the gyaru concept content featured on member Woni’s personal YouTube channel, ″Hello, this is Woni, nice to meet you.″ The phrase ″Geoje Yaho″ from this content spread like a trend through social media and short-form platforms, attracting public attention. As of the 25th, the channel surpassed 350,000 subscribers.

Reflecting RIIZEne’s popularity, Geoje City held the ambassador appointment ceremony as a digital content event utilizing short-form content. The teaser video shows RIIZEne receiving the appointment certificate seriously yet cheerfully, adding the phrase ″Geoje Yaho.″

RIIZEne will participate in activities to promote tourism and the city brand of Geoje City. Additionally, they are set to make a comeback in July with a digital single remaking a 2nd generation girl group song.
