Lee Hyori personally announced the news of a bazaar to help abandoned animals.

On May 29, Lee Hyori shared on her social media that a bazaar for abandoned dogs and cats will be held in Jeju Island. She revealed photos showing her actively participating in the bazaar preparations, including scenes of her working together with acquaintances involved in animal protection activities. Lee Hyori encouraged participation by saying, ″Please come in large numbers tomorrow.″

Lee Hyori has been continuously engaged in activities to protect abandoned animals. Last year, she donated 2 tons of pet food to an animal shelter and donated all the proceeds from selling animal-themed T-shirts she personally designed to support abandoned dogs.

Lee Hyori married singer-songwriter Lee Sangsoon in 2013 and lived in Jeju for about 11 years before recently moving to a detached house in Pyeongchang-dong, Jongno-gu. She currently runs a yoga studio on Yeonhui-ro, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
