IOI topped major music charts with their new song ″Suddenly,″ released to celebrate their 10th debut anniversary.

IOI is scheduled to hold a solo concert at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul from the 29th to the 31st, where they will meet with fans. The concert will feature various performances, including the new song ″Suddenly.″ Recently, IOI has been actively promoting as a full group.

The new song ″Suddenly″ is a synth-pop genre that delicately expresses sudden feelings of longing and memories, with member Jeon Somi participating in the lyrics writing. The song is loved by listeners for its addictive chorus and lyrical yet dreamy sound.

Right after achieving the number one spot on the music charts, IOI stated, ″We are still incredibly grateful and can hardly believe it,″ adding, ″Even after a long time, many people have come to love IOI’s music again and have shown great responses on the charts, which has deeply moved all the members.″ They continued, ″We thought this activity was not just a simple reunion but a time to reconnect with our fans, and it seems that feeling has been conveyed to many people, which makes us truly happy,″ and added, ″Above all, we sincerely thank the fans and the public who have waited for us.″

IOI is a project group formed through Mnet’s audition program ″Produce 101″ in 2016, gaining great popularity during their approximately eight months of activities. Since then, the members have been active in various fields such as solo singing and acting. This 10th-anniversary release received high interest from fans even before its launch.
